TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

  1. Introduction

  2. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between Eléonore Pauc and its customers.
    Any purchase made on the website www.eleonorepauc.com implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
    The website is operated by SAS MAISON PAUC, with a capital of €1000, registered under SIREN 817841190, with its registered office at 9 rue Sainte Eugénie, 33000 Bordeaux, France.

  3. Article 1 – Products

  4. Eléonore Pauc offers two categories of products on its online shop:

  5. Accessories: costume pieces and designer items (veils, jewelry, hair combs, bags, etc.), available while stocks last. These items cannot be modified.

  6. Ready-to-wear: items made to order (tops, kimonos, etc.) in our Bordeaux workshop, standard sizes without model alteration. Production time applies.

  7. Article 2 – Prices

  8. All prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding handling, shipping fees, and customs duties.
    Items remain the property of Eléonore Pauc until full payment is received.
    Eléonore Pauc reserves the right to modify prices at any time but invoices orders at the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  9. Article 3 – Order Process

  15. Choosing payment method and accepting T&Cs

  17. An order confirmation email is sent after validation.
    Eléonore Pauc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of previous payment disputes or risk.

  18. Article 4 – Shipping and Delivery

  19. Mainland France:

  20. Accessories (except veils): shipping from €4.95, delivery within 10 business days after order.

  21. Ready-to-wear and veils: shipping from €4.95, delivery within 10 business days after production completion.

  22. Free delivery from €100 purchase.

  23. Europe:

  24. Accessories (except veils): shipping from €15, delivery within 15 business days after order.

  25. Ready-to-wear and veils: shipping from €15, delivery within 15 business days after production completion.

  26. Free delivery from €150 purchase.

  27. Delivery times are indicative and subject to carrier schedules.
    Order preparation is from Tuesday to Friday.
    Free pickup available at showroom (Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
    For international orders, please request a personalized quote at maisonpauc@gmail.com.
    Shipping fees and customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

  28. The customer must check items upon receipt and report any issues (damage, missing items, broken packaging) within 14 days.
    For pickup point deliveries, checks must be made before signing the delivery receipt.

  29. Article 5 – Payment

  30. Payment is made via credit card or PayPal through the secure website platform.
    The customer’s bank account is debited upon order confirmation.

  31. Article 6 – Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  32. Right of Withdrawal

  33. Customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without justification or penalty.
    Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after withdrawal notification.
    Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  34. Return Conditions

  35. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
    For hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear cannot be returned.
    Custom or made-to-measure products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  36. Procedure

  37. All return or exchange requests must be sent by email to maisonpauc@gmail.com, using the corresponding form (provided in original French document).
    Returns sent by other means will not be refunded.

  38. Refunds

  39. Refunds are processed on the original payment method after item inspection.
    Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

  40. Article 7 – Warranty

  41. Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code) for two (2) years.
    An inspection will be carried out in case of defects, followed by exchange or repair if applicable.
    Eléonore Pauc is not responsible for misuse of the products.

  42. Article 8 – Liability

  43. Eléonore Pauc is responsible for proper contract performance, except in cases of force majeure.
    We disclaim liability for external links that may cause damage.

  44. Article 9 – Retention of Title

  45. Products remain the property of Eléonore Pauc until full payment is received.
    Any reproduction of the site’s content without permission is prohibited.

  46. Article 10 – Applicable Law

  47. These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
    Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
